Eligibility Criteria (Summary)
Registrar (P1)
- Education & Experience: Master's degree with at least 55% marks. Analogous post on regular basis OR 15 years' experience as Assistant Professor (AGP Rs. 7,000/- or above) including 3 years in educational administration OR 15 years administrative experience (8 years as Deputy Registrar or equivalent).
- Desirable: Qualification in Management/Engineering/Law; experience in computerized administration/legal/financial/establishment matters.
Executive Engineer (Civil) (P2)
- Education & Experience: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering with first class or equivalent grade. Employees of the Institute with specific years of service as Assistant Engineer may also apply. Deputation from CPWD/State PWD or similar bodies.
Medical Officer (Allopathy) (P3)
- Education & Experience: MBBS Degree or equivalent qualification included in Indian Medical Council Act, 1956, and registered in a State Medical Register or Indian Medical Register.
- Desirable: Post Graduate Qualification, preferably MD in General Medicine.
Assistant Registrar (P4)
- Education & Experience: Master's Degree in any discipline with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade. Institute employees serving as Superintendent/Private Secretary with specific years of service and master's degree are also eligible.
- Desirable: Qualification in Management/Engineering/Law; experience in E-Office System; Chartered or Cost Accountant (for Finance & Accounts post).
Age Limit
- P1 (Registrar): Maximum 58 years.
- P2 (Executive Engineer): Maximum 56 years.
- P3 (Medical Officer): Maximum 35 years.
- P4 (Assistant Registrar): Maximum 35 years.
- Relaxation: Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/PwD/Departmental candidates/Ex-Servicemen is admissible as per Government of India norms for posts P3 and P4. No relaxation for deputation posts P1 and P2.
