Editorial Policy

This policy explains how Karmosandhan sources, produces and publishes the information on this site, and applies to every listing type — jobs, admit cards, results, answer keys, syllabus, and exam guides.

Sourcing

Every listing is sourced from official notifications, circulars, or websites published by the relevant government department, recruitment board, or public sector undertaking (for example: SSC, UPSC, state Public Service Commissions, Railway Recruitment Boards, and individual ministries/PSUs). We link directly to the official PDF notification or website wherever available so readers can verify information at the source. We do not use unofficial forwards, social media posts or third-party aggregator sites as a primary source.

Review Process

Listings are reviewed for accuracy before publishing and updated when official information changes — for example, when an application deadline is extended or a result is revised. Each listing reflects the most recent information available to us at the time of publishing, and carries a byline and an "Updated on" date so readers can see who's responsible for it and how current it is.

How Our Content Is Produced

Notification-style listings (jobs, admit cards, results, answer keys, syllabus) are compiled directly from the fields published in the official notification. Our exam guides are structured, editorially-templated articles that pull factual details — vacancy counts, dates, eligibility, exam pattern — live from the linked official listing rather than re-typing them, so a guide can't silently drift out of sync with the notification it covers; the preparation-strategy sections are written as general, non-fabricated study guidance and are reviewed before publishing. Where a listing has no named individual author, it's published under the Karmosandhan Editorial Desk byline rather than an invented persona.

Independence

Our editorial content is independent of advertising. Advertisements on this site are clearly distinguished from listings and editorial content, and sponsorship never influences which notifications we publish or how they are described.
