About the Recruitment
IBPS conducts the Common Recruitment Process (CRP) for Probationary Officers across participating public sector banks. This cycle (CRP-XVI) opens 3,800 vacancies nationwide.
Eligibility Criteria
A Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised university is required. Candidates must be between 20 and 30 years old as on the cut-off date.
Selection Process
Selection involves a Preliminary exam, a Main exam covering reasoning, English, quantitative aptitude, and general/banking awareness, followed by a personal interview.
