GIMS Non-Teaching Admit Card 2026 Out – Record Keeper & Store Keeper CBT Hall Ticket, Exam on 7 August

The Government Institute of Medical Sciences (GIMS), Greater Noida has released the admit card for the Non-Teaching (Clerical Cadre) CBT Examination 2026 for Record Keeper and Store Keeper posts (Advt. No. GIMS/2026/Manpower/NT-02/07, 33 vacancies). The hall ticket has been available since 27 July 2026, and the CBT will be held on 7 August 2026. The exam city intimation was emailed to registered candidates on 20 July 2026.

How to Download

1. Open the candidate login portal (Official Link above) or go to gims.ac.in → Login
2. Enter your Registration Number, Password, and the captcha
3. Open the Admit Card / Hall Ticket section
4. Verify all details — name, roll number, photo, post, exam centre, timing
5. Download and take two printouts for exam day

What to Carry to the Exam Centre

A printed admit card, one original photo ID (Aadhaar / Voter ID / PAN / Passport / Driving Licence / photo-bearing College ID), and two passport-size photographs. Entry without the admit card and original ID will be denied.

Verify These Details on the Hall Ticket

Name, roll/registration number, photograph and signature, date of birth, category, post applied for, PwD status (if applicable), exam date, timing, reporting time, and exam centre address. Report any discrepancy to GIMS authorities before exam day.

After the CBT

CBT-qualified candidates will be called for a Typing Test, followed by Document Verification. Candidates who made duplicate fee payments against the same application number will be refunded within approximately 60 days.
